Basement & Structural Waterproofing
Transform damp, unusable basements into valuable living space. Our waterproofing systems provide permanent protection against water ingress, whatever the conditions.

Waterproofing Methods
We use industry-standard waterproofing systems classified under BS 8102. The right solution depends on your property's construction, water pressure, and intended use.
Tanking (Type A)
Applying waterproof coatings directly to walls and floors to create a barrier against water ingress. Ideal for low to moderate water pressure.
- Cementitious tanking slurry
- Multi-coat application
- Suitable for conversions
- Cost-effective
Cavity Drainage (Type C)
Installing a membrane system that channels water to a sump pump for removal. The most reliable solution for high water pressure.
- Studded membrane system
- Drainage channels
- Sump and pump
- Highest reliability
Structural Waterproofing (Type B)
Incorporating waterproofing into the building structure itself. Typically used in new construction or major structural work.
- Integral to structure
- New build applications
- Major renovations
- Long-term protection

Cavity Drainage Systems
For basements with significant water pressure or where maximum reliability is required, cavity drainage is the gold standard. Rather than trying to stop water entering, the system manages it.
A studded membrane is fixed to walls and floor, creating a cavity. Water entering behind the membrane drains to channels around the perimeter, which lead to a sump chamber. An automatic pump removes water to a drain or soakaway.
Applications
Our waterproofing solutions are suitable for a wide range of below-ground applications, from residential basement conversions to commercial projects.
